Here is a set you can use for bidding by contractors.
As part of the instructions for bid, you should encourage them to visit the site and
submit questions for any clarifications they need;
Once they submit their bids, they should list any assumptions or exclusions so you know
what they are really planning to do.
I will continue to work on the plan check set while you bid this out.

more efficient and cheaper.
I also discovered there are a couple wood support columns, one of which is in the middle
of the audience seating space as you can see here.
However, I don't think it impedes the space or sight lines significantly
As to timing, unfortunately I have a few other deadlines this week so I won't be able to
go to the city until next week.
